Merra's Pov:

Days passed just like a breathe. Now it’s Saturday afternoon and I'm sitting in Vaani's bedroom. We decided to get ready together for the party. I can't let her come to Srivastav mansion so I told her that I'll come to her house and we means me, Vaani and Yug will leave together for the party from her house only. Although Yug will come later. He said that he will come dressed.

And about Agastya, I don’t know anything about him. After the scolding session in the classroom I didn’t see him around me. He came to our room after I slept and left before I woke up. So I just plainly ignored him in college. I just bunked only his classes with Yug.

“ Are you even listening to me Meeru?” Vanni screamed in my ears. I realised that I was zoned out the entire moment.

“ Sorry Ani, I was zoned out. Can you repeat again?"

She sighed before telling me to wear my gown. I don’t want to piss her off. So I moved towards the washroom and changed into my gown.

When I came out Ani was done with her makeup and now putting her pencil heels on. She is looking hot in that light red halter neck dress. “How am I looking? "

“Smoking hot babe." I laughed jokingly.

“ I swear to god Meera don’t joke now tell me how am I exactly looking. " She glared at me playfully.

“ You are looking like a drop dead gorgeous woman Ani. Now let me grab my heels. I'm also done with my makeup. "

"Oh god! I think I enter in the wrong room, sorry ladies. " We both heard our drama king.

Vaani slapped his arms as he winched in pain. “ I'm not lying. Trust me. You guys are looking hot as hell. Now I'm disappointed about my look. " He dramatically explained himself. This guy I swear can't uttered a word without his drama. Yug was looking handsome in his dark blue suit. His ocean blue eyes are the cherry on top.

" You're born ugly Yug. " states Ani.

“ What the hel—" Before Yug can finish I drag them to out respective cars. “ It’s getting late, don’t fight now let's go. Get in your car guys. " I said before getting in my car. Yes we are going to the venue in different cars with our drivers cuz we don’t know what will be our condition after the party.

Thrid person 's Pov:

As they reached the party hall every eyes turned towards them. Why they won’t? The popular guy with his two beautiful girl besties. All girls were super jealous of them. All the male eyes were stuck on Vaani and Meera.

But there were two men with different feeling, were starring at Meera. One was Agastya. His jaw was already in laying on the floor. The moment Meera stepped inside the hall he froze in his place. He saw boys ogling at his wife and offcourse he was jealous. Somehow he was assuring his heart that she is already his wife. He never saw his wife in western gowns or dresses. This is the first time he saw her like this. All he can think is ‘ how this beauty became his wife '.

The other men was Naksh Malhotra. Yug's elder brother and Agastya's childhood buddy. Also the official CEO of Malhotra Industries. The moment Meera stepped inside he froze on his place. He never saw such a beautiful lady.

Meera's Pov:

I saw many eyes were stuck us. I am feeling nervous but Yug held my waist to calm me down. Then a guy approached us. He was looking like Yug. He seems to be in his late twenties or early thirties. Suddenly Yug hugged that guy.

“ Meera, Vaani meet my elder brother. Naksh Malhotra. He is the current CEO of our company. And Bhai meet my besties Meera and Vaani." Yug introduced him to us. Now I get it why he was looking similar to Yug. They are brothers.

“ Hi! I'm Vaani Sharma. You can call me Ani like Yug. " I saw a different feeling in her eyes. Maybe it’s time for the real life 'best friends's brother ' trope.

“ Nice to meet you. I'm Meera Srivastav. " I said with a polite smile.

“ Nice to meet you both. I'm Naksh. Yug's brother. Both of you don’t call me brother okay." He awkwardly said. After that we chatted for a long time. But one thing I noticed Naksh's eyes were stealing glances of me. Leave that. I was enjoying my cold drink then my collided with a pair of known brown eyes. My favourite one. Then I noticed my husband standing in the opposite counter with his hand is pocket. He is dressed in a blue suit. He looks handsome in anything. I stared at him shamelessly and he did too. Well it’s not a crime he is my legally and lawfully wedded husband. His eyes held many emotions. Angry, amazed and something else. Our eye contact session broke as Yug tapped on my bare shoulder.

“ Can I dance with you? " I looked at his palm and then at the dance floor. I spotted Vaani smiling in Naksh's arms .

“ Why not princy. " I said and held his hand. As we reached the dancefloor Yug wrapped his arm around me and wrapped my handa around his neck. We started dancing. The light dimmed as we grove in flow.

Then the partners were changed along with the song. I recognized the familiar mint cologne . I opened my eyes and saw my husband looking down in my eyes. I also heard the sooting music of 'Apna bana le piya '. And my heart stopped beating as he draws me close to him.
